Hall of Famer Kirby Puckett Dies at 45

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Kirby Puckett, the bubbly, barrel-shaped Hall of Famer who carried the Minnesota Twins to two World Series titles before his career was cut short by glaucoma, died Monday after a stroke. He was 45.

Great player but he had 'woman issues'. Domestic violence and athletes too often go hand in hand. Still, I'll never forget his performance in the 91 World Series against the Braves.

i did not kow that, i really dont know anything about his personal life except for his health problems. that was a great series, he was a hell of a ball player.
